Recently, some new users of the XTOOL A30D and A30M reported difficulties when trying to locate diagnostic software packages for specific car brands such as BMW, Toyota, and Lexus.
What Happened?
Between August 25 and August 31, 2025, Android users who registered and activated their A30D/A30M devices for the first time experienced an error in the upgrade interface. The system incorrectly showed that all diagnostic packages were already updated to the latest version, preventing users from downloading the necessary software.
This issue was caused by a backend configuration problem after an app update. It only affected new Android users within that registration period. iOS users were not impacted.
How We Fixed It
On the evening of August 30, our technical team quickly identified the cause and optimized the backend system. Since then, the problem has been resolved.
What You Need to Do
If you are one of the affected users:

Connect your device to the internet.

Restart the APP.

Go to the Upgrade interface.

Refresh to check for updates.

The missing diagnostic packages (BMW, Toyota, Lexus, etc.) should now appear. Download and install them as usual.

Acabo de comprar un A30M , previo a la compra consulte si leia VIN y demás funciones en autos del Mercosur, me dijeron que si, pero resulta que NO , hice la consulta y me dijeron que si , pero resulta que no, tengo 2 autos fabricados en Brasil, el Fiat Palio Weekend Adventure que con mi configuración de motor se vendió entre 2010 y 2018 desde Mexico hasta mi país Argentina, resulta que no existe esa configuración de motor ni caja ni computadora de habitáculo en Europa por lo tanto al no leer el VIN no tiene correlacion con la ecu de accesorios O sea lo puedo usar para lo mismo que un ELM 327 ya que el servicio técnico me dice que puedo leer codigos de falla y borrarlos

Recently purchased a A30M. I also cant connect to my 2007 BMW Z4 coupe. Message says to download BMW software but the software is already upto date.

Hallo, ich benötige die deutsche Software bzw Updates für mein A30M, leider funktioniert es nur auf Englisch. Ich habe das Tool gekauft weil in der Beschreibung beschrieben wurde das es auf Deutsch funktioniert, leider ist das nicht der Fall deshalb bitte ich hier um Hilfe bevor ich es zurück sende.
