Not happy as was sent old outdated with half the storage that it should have only has 2+32gb when it should have 3+64 and still waiting on issue to bf fixed

I encountered a minor software issue with my unit and XTOOL was wuick to respond and resolve. I definitely felt their commitment to customer satisfaction in the process. As for the unit, it performs as promised and with the additional features of pricier competitors. Any good mechanic knows that diagnosis is EVERYTHING and this unit puts me at the same level as a pro garage. Love the bidirectional features too which allows testing systems without breaking out the multimeter, pressure gauges or getting dirty under the car! User friendly, simple interface with big lettering for my old eyes. Sturdy construction but I wish it had a kick stand though!

I would recommend this product to anyone needing an OBD2 bi-directional scanner. It does everything my much more expensive tools do and more for a fraction less.

When this unit goes on sale buy it! Easy to follow bidirectional tools and loads of information. The ability to record and analyze information is indispensable. Free updates whats not to love. On that note it is a tethered unit. You have a cable from your OBD2 port to the unit, wireless connection is NOT an option. They have others that are wireless but the price reflects the upgrade. All in all DIYers and pros can benefit from the tool. Pros this is great for mobile diagnostics and resets.
