If your TP150 or TP200 device displays a white screen when entering TPMS diagnostics mode, don't worry—it’s a common issue that can usually be resolved in just a few steps. This blog post walks you through a simple and effective solution to get your device back to normal.
✅ Problem:
When accessing the tire pressure (TPMS) diagnostic function, the screen turns white and does not display any content.
✅ Solution: Format and Re-Upgrade the Device
Follow the steps below to fix the issue:
Step 1: Connect Device to Computer
Use a USB cable to connect your TP150 or TP200 device to your computer. Wait until the device is detected.

Step 2: Open "This PC" or "My Computer"
On your computer, navigate to This PC (or My Computer, depending on your Windows version).

Step 3: Locate the Device Drive
Find the drive letter that corresponds to the connected TP150/TP200 device. It will show up as a removable U-disk.

Step 4: Right-Click and Select "Format"
Right-click on the TPMS device drive and select "Format" from the dropdown menu.
Step 5: Set Allocation Unit Size to 16KB
In the format window:
-
File system: Keep it as FAT32 (default)
-
Allocation unit size: Select 16KB
-
Then click Start to begin formatting
⚠️ Important: Formatting will erase all data from the device, so be sure you’ve backed up anything important.
Step 6: Open the TP150/TP200 Upgrade Tool
After formatting, open the TP200 upgrade app on your computer. This app is used to install or reinstall the device firmware and files.

Step 7: Re-download the Firmware
Within the app:
-
Re-download and upgrade your TP150 or TP200 device
-
Once completed, disconnect the device
-
Power it off and then power it back on

✅ Result:
Your TP150 / TP200 should now boot up normally, and the white screen issue during TPMS diagnostics should be resolved.
Final Tips:
-
Always use the official upgrade tool for firmware updates
-
Avoid unplugging the device during the update process
