Why is this tool I bought NOT able to do some of the most basic things on the most basic cars, every option is saying not supported. 2008 Chevy truck can’t read Abs codes or erase basic air bag code after unplugging a sensor. cheap $25 dollar tool from amazon did it in seconds. Also tried it on 2013 VW golf and could not rear or erase air bag/abs code. The cheapo did it without any issues. tried it on a older 2017 jeep wrangler and same thing, (this jeep does NOT have SGW). I will be trying a dozen more cars tomorrow at work as we are a large auto body shop with lots stuff that needs to be done daily. I will update and start to post to our main you tube channel showing everyone that this tool is not what it is all worked up to be. but the guys did do a really good job staying in contact, (the person name was Echo) when I asked questions and they said they would refund the boarder fees and they did. I really wish this tool worked as good as some of the cheapo tools we use for quick rests of abs and airbag lights and I will be trying key programming on a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee wk2 all keys lost use bypass gateway and update everyone. You tube vids to follow as I run this tool through a bunch more the thing to see what it can and can not do!!! OCT, 26 2025.
Cannot activate because of sn invalide
my device is brand new and i have 3 years left. this supposed to be a special deal for some features.
