Recently, some new users of the XTOOL A30D and A30M reported difficulties when trying to locate diagnostic software packages for specific car brands such as BMW, Toyota, and Lexus.

What Happened?

Between August 25 and August 31, 2025, Android users who registered and activated their A30D/A30M devices for the first time experienced an error in the upgrade interface. The system incorrectly showed that all diagnostic packages were already updated to the latest version, preventing users from downloading the necessary software.

This issue was caused by a backend configuration problem after an app update. It only affected new Android users within that registration period. iOS users were not impacted.

How We Fixed It

On the evening of August 30, our technical team quickly identified the cause and optimized the backend system. Since then, the problem has been resolved.

What You Need to Do

If you are one of the affected users:

  1. Connect your device to the internet.

  2. Restart the APP.

  3. Go to the Upgrade interface.

  4. Refresh to check for updates.

  5. The missing diagnostic packages (BMW, Toyota, Lexus, etc.) should now appear. Download and install them as usual.
