Xtool A30D/A30M Diagnostisch pakketprobleem en oplossing (update van augustus 2025)

在我的 iPhone 上使用新的 Anyscan+ App 和 A30M 后，系统提示我进行固件更新，固件更新已经顺利完成。

但是，更新之后我在扫描车辆时遇到了一个比较严重的问题。

例如，我目前正在澳大利亚对一辆 GWM Cannon Alpha 进行扫描，该车辆搭载的是 2.4L 柴油发动机（在中国称为 Great Wall Shanhai / 长城山海）。但是，Anyscan+ 错误地将该车辆识别为 2.0L 发动机，并且显示的发动机型号也是错误的。

另外，在进行 Auto Scan（自动扫描） 的过程中，还出现了另一个严重的问题。扫描进行到一半时，车辆仪表盘开始显示大量警告和错误信息。

这些错误在开始扫描之前并不存在。断开 A30M 后，将车辆熄火，然后重新启动车辆，这些错误信息就全部消失了。

这非常令人担忧，也使扫描仪变得难以使用，并且可能存在安全隐患。车辆信息识别错误本身已经是一个问题，但在 Auto Scan 过程中导致车辆仪表盘出现大量虚假的警告和错误信息，会造成很大的混乱，并可能导致用户产生不必要的担忧或进行错误的诊断。

请问你们能否调查一下，这是否是最新版本的 Anyscan+ App 或 A30M 固件存在的已知问题？尤其是针对澳大利亚版 GWM Cannon Alpha 2.4L 柴油车型。

另外，请告知目前是否有新的固件或软件更新可以解决这些问题。

After using the new Anyscan+ app on my iPhone with A30M, I was prompted to perform a firmware update, which completed successfully.

However, I am now experiencing a serious issue when scanning vehicles. For example, I am scanning a GWM Cannon Alpha in Australia with the 2.4L diesel engine (known as the Great Wall Shanhai in China). The Anyscan+ incorrectly identifies the vehicle as having a 2.0L engine and also displays the wrong engine model.

There is also another serious issue during the Auto Scan. Part way through the scan, the vehicle’s dashboard begins displaying multiple warning/error messages. These errors are not actually present before the scan. Once I disconnect the A30M, turn the vehicle off and then restart it, all of the errors disappear.

This is very concerning and makes the scanner difficult and potentially unsafe to use. False vehicle information is already a problem, but causing multiple warning messages to appear on the vehicle during an Auto Scan creates a lot of confusion and could potentially lead to unnecessary concern or incorrect diagnosis.

Could you please investigate whether this is a known issue with the latest Anyscan+ app/firmware, particularly with the GWM Cannon Alpha 2.4L diesel, and advise whether there is a firmware or software update that can correct it?

Mein Golf 3 Baujahr 93 Erstzulassung 94 Buchstabe R laut ETKA wird als Modell 2024 Kennbuchstabe R bei der Diagnose erkannt.
Ich komme auch nicht an alle Daten wie bei VCDS oder Würth Diagnose.

Hola tengo un escaner a30m y es software esta solo en inglés necesito que me no manden en español porfavor

Compré un Anuyscan A30M kit pero no me permite reiniciar el cuerpo de aceleración de mis carros una Chevrolet Express Van 2008 y Nissan Versa Advanced 2017 entre otros.
Es posible me indiquen si requiere alguna actualización o no es compatible ya que me indica no support (Antes de devolverlo)

Acabo de comprar un A30M , previo a la compra consulte si leia VIN y demás funciones en autos del Mercosur, me dijeron que si, pero resulta que NO , hice la consulta y me dijeron que si , pero resulta que no, tengo 2 autos fabricados en Brasil, el Fiat Palio Weekend Adventure que con mi configuración de motor se vendió entre 2010 y 2018 desde Mexico hasta mi país Argentina, resulta que no existe esa configuración de motor ni caja ni computadora de habitáculo en Europa por lo tanto al no leer el VIN no tiene correlacion con la ecu de accesorios O sea lo puedo usar para lo mismo que un ELM 327 ya que el servicio técnico me dice que puedo leer codigos de falla y borrarlos
