Everything went well until the "drag to verify" step. That screen needs some instructions so the user realizes he's supposed to drag only until the puzzle pieces align. I assumed "drag" meant to drag all the way to the right -- which, of course, didn't work.

Hopefully this year's updates will include ABS bleeding for 1997-era Chevrolets. There were millions produced, and not supporting that function is a major shortcoming of the D7.

Had trouble installing, got excellent online support. My only complaint is I wish this update was not so expensive as I don’t use my scanner professionally. I do recognize that the cost is very good compared to others.

The process for renewing the subscription was somewhat confusing. It appeared that once I purchased the renewal I would be receiving the activation code in the mail. However, when I received a confirmation email of the purchase I figured the code would be emailed to me. I was wrong. I didn’t receive the code until I went to the customer service chat room inquiring why I hadn’t received any code. Within a few days they gave me the code thru the customer service chat room. After entering the code the website took me to a complicated puzzle process to activate the code. The directions were not clear and what should have been an easy process to activate the code was anything but easy.
