D7 update

Novice user needed a lot of help

I'm a novice non professional user of my Xtool and I had a lot of unusual problems with my tool updating it. The support was very good in trying to understand why I had these unusual problems and working through them. I still have one problem is I can't get it to communicate with my 1997 Porsche 911, Xtool says this car does not have OBDII but all cars sold in US 1996 in newer are required by law to have it. They have since stopped communicating on the subject. If not for this I would have given them a 5 star rating.

Could Use Better Instructions

Everything went well until the "drag to verify" step. That screen needs some instructions so the user realizes he's supposed to drag only until the puzzle pieces align. I assumed "drag" meant to drag all the way to the right -- which, of course, didn't work.

Hopefully this year's updates will include ABS bleeding for 1997-era Chevrolets. There were millions produced, and not supporting that function is a major shortcoming of the D7.
